In short: Wealthstack is a white-labelled client dashboard and financial planning platform for financial advisors in South Africa. It connects to more than 70 South African providers, automates onboarding and needs analysis, and gives clients a branded dashboard of their full financial picture.
Wealthstack is a white-labelled platform that helps South African financial advisors grow their client base without letting service slip. Advisors run their book from the Advisor Console, and clients get a branded Client Dashboard that shows their whole financial picture in one place.
Wealthstack is available to advisors in South Africa, Canada and Israel.
What is Wealthstack?
Think of Wealthstack as the layer that sits between your practice and your clients.
On your side, the Advisor Console lets you search any client, see their WealthScore and last login, onboard new clients, and produce snapshot reports, records of advice and Excel exports.
On the client's side, the Client Dashboard shows their investments, risk cover, goals, family structure and documents under your brand. Wealthstack connects to more than 70 product providers such as Seed Analytics, Elite Wealth or AdviceTech, so much of that data flows in automatically.
Who is Wealthstack for?
- Independent financial advisors and practices that have outgrown spreadsheets and paper files
- Wealth businesses modernising how they engage clients
- Advisors whose clients have family members, assets or plans that cross borders, such as South Africans emigrating to Canada
What does Wealthstack do day to day?
Captures client information in about seven minutes. A guided, adaptive questionnaire replaces much of the manual fact-find. Read more about digital onboarding.
Produces a first-draft needs analysis automatically. Wealthstack builds goals from the client's answers, from retirement and education to dread disease, life cover, income protection and wills. Read more about automated goals-based planning.
Keeps clients connected to their plan. Clients log into their own dashboard, see their WealthScore, and book time with you directly. Read more about the client dashboard.
Helps you manage your whole book. One searchable list shows every client's WealthScore and activity, and the reports tab produces records of advice. Read more about the Advisor Console.
Pulls a family's policies and investments together. Each spouse's portfolios link to the household dashboard and stay attributed to the right person. Read more about the household view.
How is Wealthstack different from a CRM or planning tool?
A CRM tracks your relationships and a planning tool models scenarios. Both mostly live on your side of the desk only.
Wealthstack adds the part clients actually see and use between meetings: a current, branded view of what they own and how close they are to their goals. That visibility is what turns annual reviews into an ongoing relationship.
What we're really saying is that Wealthstack covers both planning, CRM needs and more – the growing list of features is there to set your practice up for success.
