Seeing Your Whole Client Book at a Glance, and Producing Records of Advice Faster

In short: The Wealthstack Advisor Console gives South African advisors one searchable view of their client book, showing each client's WealthScore, last update and last login. An advisor-only Reports tab produces records of advice, PDF snapshots and Excel exports from the same dashboard the client sees.
For a South African financial advisor, a growing book brings two pressures at once. There are more clients to keep in touch with, and more advice to document properly.
Both tend to end up in spreadsheets and folders. The Wealthstack Advisor Console brings them into one place.
What do you see when you log in?
The first screen is your client list: every client with a Wealthstack dashboard, searchable by name. One click takes you into any client's dashboard.
Each client on the list shows:
- Their WealthScore, one financial wellness percentage calculated across all their goals
- The date their dashboard was last updated
- The date they last logged in
That's enough to prioritise a week of calls. Low scores, stale dashboards and clients who haven't logged in are the obvious places to start.
Catching clients who never logged in
When you onboard a client yourself, their dashboard is created before they have a login. Wealthstack marks these clients with a "Send invite" button in the list, so you can see who still needs access and send it in a click.
Records of advice and client reports
Each client's dashboard has an advisor-only Reports tab that clients can't see. From there you can:
- Produce a record of advice to document the recommendations you've made
- Create a PDF snapshot of the client's dashboard for review meetings or their files
- Export the client's data to Excel for your own analysis
Because the record of advice draws on the same dashboard the client sees, you're not rebuilding the picture from scratch each time. It helps you document your advice consistently, as part of your own compliance process.
Integrations in the background
Your profile shows the integrations that feed data into your console. Wealthstack connects to more than 70 South African providers, so client policies and investments stay current without manual capturing.
See how it works
If you'd like to see your own book through the console, we'd be glad to walk you through it.
