Bringing a Family's Policies and Investments Into One View

In short: Wealthstack consolidates a South African family's policies and investments into one household dashboard, drawing data from more than 70 providers through Seed Analytics. Each spouse's accounts stay clearly attributed, and portfolios can be linked at any stage of the relationship.
South African households tend to accumulate products over the years. A retirement annuity here, a funeral policy there, life cover taken out when the first child arrived, group benefits through each spouse's employer, and a discretionary investment on top.
Each comes with its own statement and its own login. For clients, it's a lot to keep track of. For advisors, showing a couple their combined position often means consolidating it by hand.
Wealthstack is built to bring the household together in one view.
Where does the data come from?
Through Seed Analytics, Wealthstack connects to more than 70 South African product providers. Policies and investments from those providers come through into your Advisor Console automatically, ready to link to the right client.
Linking a family's accounts to their dashboard
Linking happens from the Client Onboarding page in the Advisor Console. You select the incoming portfolio, confirm the correct client, and link it to their dashboard. The data then appears on the dashboard directly.
This works at any point in the relationship. If you built a plan for a family first and only started managing their assets later, you simply link the new portfolios to the dashboard that's already there. Read more about onboarding new and existing clients.
Keeping each spouse's cover and investments separate
A family dashboard still has to show who owns what. That matters for estate planning, for cover reviews and simply for clarity.
In Wealthstack, each spouse's portfolio is linked in their own name. On the household dashboard, both sets of accounts appear together, clearly attributed to the right person. The family structure tab records how the household fits together, and goals set up for one spouse can be shared so the other can see them too.
Families with assets in more than one country
Many South African families now have one foot abroad, whether that's an offshore investment, a child studying overseas or plans to emigrate. Wealthstack supports multiple currencies and is also available to advisors in Canada and Israel, which helps keep the picture joined up when clients move.
